OO'Sullivan Films is recognized as a leader in calendered vinyl and alloy films, as well as in film-finishing technologies such as embossing, laminating and painting. Recognized as North America's leading supplier of single-ply vinyl and thermoplastic olefin sheeting to the automotive industry for vacuum-formed instrument panels, O'Sullivan Films customers include global automotive OEMs such as General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. O'Sullivan Films North America's premier producer of flexible vinyl sheet for applications ranging from pool liners to wall covering, but the focus goes beyond vinyls. As a major developer of thermoplastic olefin (TPO), thermoplastic urethane (TPU) polymer films, and polyolefin alloys, custom formulation is key. Working hand in hand with our customers to develop unique solutions to their problems often includes company owned R&D labs formulating products for our customer's specific applications and markets.
