From Storeroom Clerk, while attending college, through the Production Lab and then a career path in Production Management. I began with O’Sullivan Films as a blending and mixing operator on one of the calender lines. After establishing a sound understanding of our manufacturing, I had the opportunity to join our Product Management team. A bachelor’s degree in management, coupled with my experience working in production, has helped me develop a strong business sense for serving our customers and meeting their needs. Each and every day is a new challenge, an invitation for improvement, rewarded by remaining an industry leader in quality and customer support.

Working at O’Sullivan Films has taught me a lot about team work and a family oriented atmosphere through my tenure with the company. Everyone at O’Sullivan treats each other like family; you can count on your co-workers to be there for you when you need them.
I started on the plant floor over 27 years ago, working a variety of shifts, put myself through college while working full time and raising a family. I moved my way up in the company into Supervision, then into Production Management, then into Product Management.
