O’Sullivan Films has designed and developed custom calendared films that are used in applications such as blood storage, transfusion therapy, drug delivery and medication systems, as well IV and nutrition systems. Our healthcare films pass USP Class VI and Class III and are made from FDA approved raw materials and manufactured under current GMP. We can custom formulate films in the material of your choice from PVC, TPE, TPU, Polyolefins and in the dimensions that you want , to meet your specific application requirements. We offer DEHP and DEHP free, non phthalate as well as non PVC films calendared film solutions for your applications. Our certified formulas utilize plasticizers including DEHP, TOTM, DOA, and DINCH.
