Fog Testing Machine

O’Sullivan Films maintains a full-service, fully staffed and equipped materials testing facility in our Research & New Product Development Laboratory located adjacent to our primary manufacturing site in Winchester, Virginia.

The laboratory’s extensive capabilities include various analytical and physical property testing, material testing, and thermoplastic processing Equipment.

The test facility is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals whose sole function is daily laboratory operations. This includes management and administrative staff, project managers, and laboratory technicians. Testing services are performed for both the product development (R&D) activities as well as qualification testing for the various films produced in the manufacturing facility. Laboratory staff are proficient with all applicable material specifications from Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler, as well as numerous transplant OEMs and non-automotive specifications and standards.

O’Sullivan Films’ comprehensive laboratory functions include analytical and physical property testing in addition to broad material processing capabilities. Analytical instrumentation is utilized for raw material development, material analyses, color development, and troubleshooting activities.
